What we collect
The consultation request form on this site collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you’re interested in, and whatever you write in the message field. That is the only information this website asks you for.
We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t build profiles on visitors.
How we use it
We use it to answer you. Your submission is emailed directly to S&T Landscape and Tree so we can respond to your request and, if it leads to work, carry out that work.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Who else touches it
Two services handle your submission in transit. Delivery of the notification email is handled by Resend, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf. Once delivered, your message lives in our business email inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests as long as we need them for the job and our own records. If you’d like your information deleted, ask and we’ll remove it.
Requesting deletion
Submit a request through the contact form asking us to delete your information, and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it.
